Kublai Khan- The places of the Empire, the Non-Places of the mind.

A reflection, an analysis on the peculiarities of contemporary living spaces is now necessary. Necessary to be aware of the profound reasons behind the dramatic socio-economic situation that exacerbates the gap between West and East, between North and South of the world, between rich and poor countries, and again between different ethnic groups and social classes. Necessary, we said, to understand contemporaneity itself, and to hazard a prediction about the future of our civilization, a future that at times is uncertain.
